Ammo Price Monitor compares in-stock ammunition prices across US online retailers so you can see the cheapest option per round and whether today's price is a good one.

Where the data comes from

We read each retailer's public product listings about every two hours. Titles are parsed into caliber, grain, bullet type, case material and round count. Listings we can't parse confidently are left out rather than shown with a wrong price per round.

What “price per round” means

The listed price divided by the number of rounds, before shipping and tax.

Our crawler

Our crawler identifies itself as AmmoPriceMonitorBot/1.0, respects robots.txt, waits between requests and never logs in or bypasses bot protection. Retailers who would like it to stop can block that user agent in robots.txt.
